Weaknesses • Can over-dribble in transition. • Final-third end product (shooting/finishing) not heavily evidenced. RECOMMENDATION Lewis has the tactical intelligence and work ethic to step up a level, particularly into a possession-based or pressing-oriented system. For sustained success at the next level he must improve his upper body strength, maintain focus and quality late in matches as well as increase his final-third consistency. His work ethic is excellent however his overwhelming desire to get on the ball can be detrimental as it pulls him too far from goal on occasion to be a consistent threat. Lewis is ready to step up in a rotational role with clear potential to become a consistent starter as physical and final-third consistency improves.
