ScoutDecision is proud to announce a new partnership with LOCALSS, an emerging football technology company building scouting and data infrastructure for lower-tier, semi-professional and underserved football markets.
Founded by Ty Ellis, FIFA Agent and scout, LOCALSS is developing a decentralized approach to football data collection, combining a network of scouts with technology to generate structured match data, footage and scouting information from competitions where traditional coverage is often limited.
Connecting Data with Football Decision-MakingThe partnership represents another step towards a more connected football technology ecosystem.
While LOCALSS expands access to information from players, matches and competitions across underserved markets, ScoutDecision provides clubs, agencies and football organisations with the environment to centralize that information alongside their own scouting reports, data sources and recruitment workflows.
As part of the collaboration, information obtained through LOCALSS will be able to be integrated into ScoutDecision, allowing organisations to bring new data directly into their existing scouting and recruitment processes.
This creates exciting possibilities for talent identification, particularly in markets where reliable information can be more difficult to access.
